PRIVACY POLICY
What this site does with your information.
Last updated 14 September 2026.
This covers the Vippalo website only. Not much happens here, so this is the whole picture in plain language rather than a wall of legal text. If anything below isn't clear, email hello@vippalo.com and ask.
What the contact form collects
The Send a brief form asks for your name, email address and a short project description. Submitting it sends that information, through Resend (a transactional email service), straight to hello@vippalo.com, where it's read directly. It isn't added to a mailing list, CRM or database. It's kept only for as long as it takes to reply and, if a project follows, for the length of that engagement. Resend handles the message just long enough to deliver it; see resend.com for how they handle it on their end.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't set cookies, run analytics, or load any third-party tracking. Like virtually any website, the hosting infrastructure it runs on may keep basic technical access logs (IP address, browser type) for security and reliability. That's standard server-level behaviour, not something this site adds on top.
Fonts
The typefaces used across the site are hosted here directly rather than pulled from a third-party font provider, so loading a page doesn't also open a separate connection to someone else's servers.
Your rights
Vippalo is based in Sweden, so GDPR applies. You can ask what's held about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it's used, or ask for a copy of it. Email hello@vippalo.com for any of that. If a request isn't handled properly, you can also complain to Sweden's data protection authority, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se.
Changes
This page gets updated if what the site actually does changes, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
